1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. "Rossiya" Virtual Airline (hereinafter VA "Rossiya") is not a legal entity of any kind and does not aimed at making a profit as well as does not conduct any financial or commercial activity.

1.2. VA "Rossiya" is a virtual airline and have a presence on the Internet simulating flights in the IVAO network in realtime using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, Microsoft Flight Simulator X, X-Plane and IVAO software.

1.3. VA "Rossiya" is a community of aviation enthusiasts united by a common desire to fly using the VA "Rossiya" callsign. VA "Rossiya" does not related to any kind of activities of a real airline.

1.4. VA "Rossiya" activities are regulated by this articles as well as other available to download documents by any VA "Rossiya" member.

1.5. All the information presented on this website and forum, including but not limited to documents and files, is strongly prohibited for use in real aviation.

2. STRUCTERE

2.1. VA "Rossiya" rules by its administration which is in charge of any VA "Rossiya" activities.

2.2. Administration forms with General Director, General Director Deputy, Managing Director all three are equal in rights and votes share while solving any issues related to the VA "Rossiya"; Training Director, Flight Operations Director.

2.3. VA "Rossiya" consists of air squadrons (hereinafter AS):

3. ADMINISTRATION

3.1. Training Director and Flight Operations Director shall be appointed by the VA "Russia" Directors after discussion and closed ballot.

3.2. Flight Operations Director and Training Director should conduct training sessions with VA "Rossiya" members

3.3. Flight Operations Director and Training Director should monitor pilots skills and knowledge through testing, interviewing and flight operations.

3.4. Flight Operations Director and Training Director should conduct analysis of mistakes and accidents admitted by pilots during a test flights to avoid repeating them in the future.

4. PILOTS

4.1. To join the VA "Rossiya" the webform must be applied through the website. Pilots must indicate in english letters their real first and last name and IVAO ID.

4.2. Each candidate have to pass an interview.

4.3. Pilots must have a minimum required information for IVAO network online operations and to perform flight on chosen aircraft.

4.4. Each pilot should behave correctly to other members, VAs or any other user.

5. FLIGHT OPERATIONS

5.1. Pilots can perform flights only on those aircraft that are currently in the airlines park.

5.2. Pilots must carry out all flights under the callsign issued during the registration process.

5.3. It is required to book the aircraft before the flight to lock it for other pilots on that time.

5.4. Book flights must be performed during 24 hours on cancelled.

5.5. Pilots can choose any aircraft listed in the company park and not locked by other members.

5.6. Reports system is fully automatic, pilots dont need to provide any additional information just be sure to book the flights.

5.7. It is the pilots responsibility to choose a correct route and meet all the requirements of all the countries and IVAO divisions airspaces. Pilots must take local conditions into account.

5.8 Pilots must take into account the current meteorological information at the airport of departure, arrival and alternate airport before the flight.

5.9. Pilots should comply with all the requirements for the implementation of safety and security.

5.10. Pilots should immediately notify the VA administration in case of any incidents or accidents.

5.11. Pilots must follow IVAO rules and regulations during an action network connection.

6. FREEZING/DELETING AN ACCOUNT

6.1. At least one flight must be performed in three month. In case of noncomplying the members account should be removed from the VA "Rossiya" as well as all the pilots flight data during the VA flights.

6.2. Remote accounts activation is not possible.

6.3. For re-entry into VA "Rossiya" all candidates must be guided be section 4 of current articles.

7. CHANGES

7.1. Only Directors may edit the current articles.

7.2. All changes in present articles shall be forced immediately from the date of publication unless otherwise is indicated.
